My First Day The Fit Test

Took the fit test and some things were more difficult than others. My abs and thighs were the weakest! I did worse on those tests. It was truly intense, but I know I'm going to love this workout! I'm so happy I don't need gadgets and gizmos to work out with. I have all of them and while they work, I just prefer using my own body weight for sculpting.
Can't wait for today's session!
